NW1.5 approaching 2.

I would keep an eye on it. If you see further miniaturization, get on finasteride.

You are norwood 1.5 with minor recession. I took a look at your old thread and somebody said you are norwood 2.5????? No way you are above 1.5

I agree with the others, Norwood 1.5. Hair is in no way bad. In my opinion, though, you are definitely losing hair. Your temples have receded slightly and there is some minor thinning in the temple area behind the hairline. No one can predict the speed of hair loss though, so it is difficult to say if you will slowly advance to Norwood 2 over the course of 10 years, or if you will be NW3 in 2 years. What is your father's hair like? What does your grandfather and uncles on your mother's side hair look like? People go bald with fullhead families, so family is not the final word on hair loss prediction, but if your father is bald I would be concerned.

Would you recommend meds or just wait for a bit
I think either option could be argued for, to be honest. I suppose it depends on how much your hair means to you. If you worry about your hair constantly and look in the mirror and take lots of pictures of your hairline, I would just go get on finasteride right now. Something to keep in mind is that hair is incredibly hard to grow back (particularly the temples), but it is relatively easy to retain hair / slow hair loss significantly. I would operate under the assumption that any hair you lose from your hairline/temples is gone for good. The main regret people around here have, myself included, is that they didn't start meds earlier; the earlier you start, the better your hair long-term.
All that said, I don't think you need to start on finasteride right now. In your shoes knowing what I know now I probably would start, but your hair loss is not bad, your temple points and density are strong, so you don't NEED to.

I would say you should either
A: Go to a doctor and get a finasteride prescription, take a pill a day, and forget about your hair for like 5 more years.
or
B: Keep an eye on the situation. Take photos every so often (3-6 months) of your hairline (like the ones you took already). Take them under consistent lighting and compare them with the older photos to get an idea of how quickly your hair loss is progressing, then make a decision based on that.

Best of luck bro

idk man, the thing is ive seen so many non balding adults with hairlines like yours and it stays stable without progressing but you can never know. I dont wanna give you any bad advice. I think its your decision to make and you should properly research this and monitor your hair before chosing to do something.
