Hey guys, just after some advice and opinions,
For someone who has noticed hair loss very early on at the beginning stages would you recommend throwing everything at it to begin with or take it slowly and try one treatment at a time and add extras in later.

32yo male and just recently have noticed very early signs of AA. I feel like i have caught it very early to the point where only my right temple has receded to a NW2 with miniaturization, my left temple is still a norwood 1 with only slight miniaturization.

current treatments i have ready to go are (RU,CB,Oral Minoxidil,Dermaroller, Castor Oil) and can easily get some finasteride. Also interesting on Topical dutasteride.
Im torn between using everything straight away to try and regrow my right temple or taking it slow starting with one treatment and waiting to see how i respond.

I recently tried RU at 50mg per day for only a few weeks however got some sides so if i try that again im going to try at a lower dose

Hop on finasteride, because It goes fast. I'm delaying treatment and after 1 year and a half from noticing the very early stage,(even before temple recession) my hair is way worse. Still decent density and quantity, but clearly turning into sh*t quickly.

I also Head a NW2 right temple and ajuvenile left one. It shedded into a NW2 in about 2 weaks. Don't lose time my friend.

I currently use 12.5% minoxidil with finasteride and have been using finasteride only now for 1 month and have been using minoxidil for a year.

I have consistently used the minoxidil over the year but have now started to use
Derma rolling twice a week and on one of those nights just use castor oil with aloevera. Also I wash my hair daily but mix up the shampoo, I use completely natural one day and nizoral about 3-4 times a week.

Questions-
-I would like to know if I should use a derma pen? Rather then derma roller?
-should I use a cheaper company then Belgravia for minoxidil?
-any advice on how to improve my routine in general?
- also I’m not sure if me washing my hair daily is bad but if I don’t it does look greasy.

Thanks In advance
