If you're happy with where you're at so far in your regimen, be it 3 months or 3 years ... we really would encourage you to post a one message "quickie" in the new "Success Stories" forum .... just to kind of help encourage others to hang in there through the sheds, and how long it took, etc.
Reading success stories is going to be the most valuable part of this forum so even if you're just happy to have maintained for a year or two, post about it!
