Hi all. I'm 23, and around a NW2 - receding temples, thinning crown. I noticed I was losing my hair about a year ago, and I have to admit that I was so freaked out that I didn't even want to look into options - I basically didn't do anything, which was stupid. I'm starting a regimen now, though, and I'm holding out hope that I can keep what I have and, ideally, regrow most of what I've lost.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd very much appreciate hearing them.
