I was 26 when I first noticed hair thinning on my crown (Now 27!!). Over the next few months I noticed my hairline started to recede as well. Always had a less than perfect hairline, so it was only a small change really.
Well at this point panic set in, as I'm sure it did for many of you. So decide to do something about it. Did plenty of research & started on Propecia 1mg, using Nizoral (2 to 3 times a week) & the Tricomin conditioner (to avoid inflamation from the nizoral).
I'm now 7 months in... after 3 to 4 months I was convinced that I saw improvement in my crown area. However recently (maybe too much daily checking) i'm not so convinced. I certainly have maintain what I had!!
But along my hairline I've seen what I would call a large amount of regrowth. My hairline is starting to straighten out, even though it was never straight to begin with!! Had a comment recently from a work collegue that "I must be on the Regaine!!" He's clearly never heard of Propecia!!
I just want to say good luck to everyone!! Just stick with it!!
Sorry, before you ask I've got no photos.
