i've been using 5% minoxidil foam for 15 months and .25mg finasteride daily for the past 6 months with zero results. My hair has gotten thinner during that time and you can easily see my scalp. I just started using a dermaroller about 4 weeks ago (0.5mm) doing it weekly. i wanted to know has anyone had any good results from using a dermaroller along with minoxidil and finasteride? if so, how long did it take to start seeing results? i'm pretty discouraged right now because i've tried everything and nothing is working. Hoping for some encouragement here...really praying dermarolling does work.
