Has Anyone Here Had Success On The Hairline At All?

Im starting to lose my hairline, it's becoming difused and im becoming insane. Has RU worked for anyone to stop this torture or should I just drop all treatments and never go out ever again unless im wearing a hairpiece? (aka say bye bye to any sort of normal social life forever but at least you don't get rendered a baldo but in any case it's death)

How the f*** do I get all these f*****g thined hairs to fully grow? I even got some white long ones in between miniaturized ones and thick ones. Im on finasteride 0.25%+5% minoxidil foam for 3 years and I haven't been able to stop this cancer. I may jump directly on dutasteride and go full castration mode but before that I want to try my luck with RU. I saw at least 1 guy that claimed to have success with RU after trying both finasteride and dutasteride with no success.

I've had no sides with the foam, I hate the idea of orals but i hate the idea of balding even more. It's a joke that you are supposed to supress the most potent male hormone in order to (hopefully) stop it for X time.

This is the state of treatments in 2017. Same as 1998, same as 2028. We are fucked indeed.

IMO its a joke to begin with. Body hair, hairfall -> T, DHT. I'm not sure why we evolved in this direction, or why natural selection is this retarded. Its probably meant as a kill switch to overpopulation?

In which case I'm probably doing my part.

Before going the castration/HRT route you can try dermarolling and castor oil along with RU.

First of all you're using topical finasteride....what evidence is there that that sh*t actually binds to androgen receptors?(that's the supposed benefit of topical, right?) Oral bruh, you need oral

You can do things to enhance minoxidil penetration. I put tretinoin on my hairline at night prior to applying minoxidil. I have a theory that penetration enhancement may be the key missing piece for people who are mild-moderate minoxidil responders

Well last time I checked, Hasson from Hasson&Wong clinic is prescribing topical finasteride to his customers based on some scientific research. And i've seen people on the internet claiming some success with it.

But of course, I was the unlucky one that gets no progress. Well at least I got no sides.

So right now I only got left RU and the oral route which sucks because I don't see how it isn't impossible to get eventual sides if you remove your DHT to 70%+

What does tretionin do enhance topical penetration?

DHT is GOOD. The problem is we subhumans with the male pattern baldness genes go bald. You can be NW0 and high DHT with good genes.

Bodyhair was a good trait when we had to survive on the cold, it had a f*****g point. Baldness not so much.

As long as RU goes, im asking for some evidence to get some positive thoughts and motivation. This sh*t is expensive, I dont want to lose more money on treatments that don't work.

I've also read that RU's life expectancy is sh*t and you must buy the powder and mix it in batches on a weekly basis to get fresh RU applied. I just don't know if I should use my %5 commercial liquid minoxidil as a vehicle or should I get alcohol and PPG in some sort of combination? what dose of powder per application? how does this work exactly? the resources i've read thus far are sh*t.

Oh i've also read theory on RU daily usage being a mistake because it upregulates the androgen receptor and you may raise your sensibility going bald quicker as a result, so I would still be fucked unless if I use it 2 times a week and it makes a diference enough but im not sure I want to be using this thing daily.

Been shown to increase minoxidil penetration x3
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2328551

Some other studies
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2693596/
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17902730
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3771854

It was also a key ingredient in the infamous Dr Lee's now banned minoxidil concoction that anecdotally worked wonders

I used tretinoin in combination with minoxidil for a time earlier then stopped. I only recently restarted, am going to give it at least a 6 month run and see what happens

What does tretionin do enhance topical penetration?

India has already done a study on this. They gave equal dosages topically combined with 5% Minoxidil.

The pictures prove it.

In addition, out of fifty men, only forty five discontinued because of sexual side effects.

It was .1% topical, which is equal to one milligram Finasteride, and it was better tolerated in men as well (less exual side effects).

One important fact: The average gain for 45 men was 82.4 % density gain. That's impressive, and beats the oral Finasteride/NO Minoxidil density of 60%.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4314881/

Look at the pictures. It's clear, of the three men that had public pictures, there's a huge gain in density.

You should try alpicort-f. You might want to consider getting testosterone medication in case
you get side effects.

But at least you can say if that doesn't work, there's probably nothing that will work for you.

Notice that this is AFTER taking oral usual treatment. We don't know to what extent the oral played a major key.

Any studies with people that never took oral and used topical?

Any evidence of this working?
