Has anyone maintained/regrew without Finasteride or Dutasteride?

Im afraid of finasteride side effects. Does dust have the same side effects? Is there anything else besides rogaine and finasteride? Neither seem that great to me. Im doing the "natural" way at this time. Nutrafol, viviscal, pura d or hair loss shampoo and Emu oil

I hear dutasteride has even worse sides. I tried finasteride a decade ago, had bad sides and stopped. I'm considering trying again but I'm hoping minoxidil + Revivogen + nizoral + supplements can hold me for a while.

I maintained on minoxidil alone for 3 years now (not getting much regrowth though....) however my family has male pattern baldness but it's not super aggressive. My dad is only a little worse than mine (diffuse, but with a NW2 hairline and a full if thin "outline" for the whole head) and he did nothing about it and it was unchanged for a good 30 years so it's possible the minoxidil is doing absolutely nothing and this is just as bad as it's going to get for the next decade or so.
