indeed, it does my friend. You need to learn the nerve points that correspond with blood flow to the hair follicles. A majority of these simply reside above the first few cervical vertebrae. Here's a few starters.

1) palpate vertebrae c-3 and find the most superior portion of the spinous process.

2) once found, apply gentle needles through the skin at both medial and lateral aspects to said vertebrae.

3) take the third needle and stick it up your ***, hard, while reading google and learning about hair loss.
