I've looked them up and think that they can have a good outcome for your hair. Has anyone tried them yet?

I am right now im using peppermint oil that i whipped into shea butter. I have a small amount of thinning in the front of my hair i read the motto for this site or least i think its one of them. If you have hair you can make it thicker. That exactly what i want to do. The hair is there is just thin and really annoying

Why do you think that? Which of their properties should have a positive impact on hair growth?

I do. I use EOs on a permanent basis (supplemental to finasteride, minoxidil), mostly lavender for antiandrogen. But also thyme (cox inhibitor), and some other plant extracts, most notably eucalyptus (cox inhibitor, vegf). Those I found quite useful. The problem with EOs is that they become toxic if not used in very very low concentrations (i.e. below 0.25%), and they may also change action depending on concentration. So, because people basically have no clue what they are doing (as usual), using them at way tooooo high concentrations, doing more harm than good..

Lots of thier properties have you looked them up its too much to put on here it will be very long
I went through the link you supplied and could not find a single property which is in any way related to androgenetic hair loss or might help regrowth of hair that was lost due to androgenetic alopecia.

As you say that the list of such properties is too long, can you provide just a few, like 3 or 4 examples of properties or chemical substances contained in essential oils that might help in regrowing hair lost through androgenetic alopecia (Androgenetic Alopecia)/male pattern baldness (male pattern baldness) or might help to at least slow down Androgenetic Alopecia/male pattern baldness?

Hi Carimo!

In my searches I've come across the essential oils used for hairloss and baldness no matter what kind it is you have. There is much in the way of anecdotal evidence for treatment for androgenic alopecia with essential oils, but when looking for actual empirical studies they are difficult to find. In general it's harder to find studies on things that can't be patented or where money isn't to be made. (My understanding.) I'll keep a look out though.

Now i know none of these are clinical studies and stuff but thats the point. Why do a study on things you cant market in that way. They can never get a hold and right to only sell the essential oils so they don't bother with it. Im trying this before i mess with my hormones and stuff. Browse the internet man and try getting off the first page of google the second page has information two just not enough money to get it on the first page. The information is there but really hard to find if no money is to be made

Sorry, excuse my poor english,
I am using it now, I did not stop this treatment during at least 20 years fron now.

It must be an error,
jacob, do you used it 3 times a day after shampooing?

In Inspired nutrition web
Suggested Usage for Scalp Defense:

Shake before each use (organic ingredients tend to settle a bit). Apply to the scalp after shampooing or even while the scalp is dry. Scalp Defense is most effective if it is allowed to dry for 15 minutes before any wiping off. Two or three times a day is even more effective.

Thanks for sharing Armando. Was your hair loss visually more pronounced than say 20 years ago compared to now, and what product(s) that you have used or are continually using do you attribute to your success? I am sorry if you have answered this question already.

No problem I.D. WALKER, my bet is a lotion mixed of essential oils with jojoba oil and others carriers oils. I dont like hidroalcoholics lotions even being more annoying the oils, because the penetration is better and work in the inner part of the follicle.
2 times a week in the night and wash the hair in the morning.
I am convinced that without the lotion my actual hair will be worst. I ever had problems in the crown area, and the front line.

Pure Jojoba Oil * Moreless 70-80% of the lotion

Carrier olis: Moreless 7-15%,

Borage oil *

Rose hip oil *

Oenothera oil

Avocado oil *

Essentials oils, no more than 5-6% based in

Serenoa repens oil

Butirospernum parkii butter

Rosmarinum officinalis oil *

Lavender oil *

Tea tree oil *

Origanum oil *

Thyme oil *

Bay oil

Chamomile oil

Basil oil

Sage oil *

Mint oil *

Fennel oil

Lemon oil

Parsley oil

Clove oil

All of these links only say "use essential oils, they help against baldness"! Not a single one even tries to explain how they work. And on top of that, many websites that claim that essential oils work against androgenetic hairloss sell essential oils themselves.

Well, if it had had any information I'd gladly use it. But there are only claims saying that essential oils work - but no real information. On top of that, most of these claims are made by online shops selling essential oils.

I mean, I could claim that yoghurt applied to your scalp works against Androgenetic Alopecia without any explanation. Would you now buy yoghurt? With the essential oils its exactly the same.

No if yogurt worked for that people would buy yogurt and it would be advertised and studied thoroughly in a lab becasue only a few people can make it. I can only tell you to look for what each individual plant does for your hair and roll with it. Your not gonna find much information on things that no one has rights to. If you want to give it a shot go buy some from your local herbal shop. Its very inexpensive and you use very little when mixing it into the carrier oil. Want a scientific study on the properties well i dont have one and you cant find one its mostly word of mouth. You have a testimony on this thread saying that its been working for him for 20 years. I hope i dont come off as rude or mean. I know its natural to be skeptical about things that are not proven but give it a shot the worse that can happen is it doesent work then you are back where you started... Kinda haha

Would you believe me if i told you you can make your dick bigger to by going to pegym.com. This is true btw.

Thanx for sharing. Am I to understand correctly that you have had no detectable hair loss in your crown and temple/ front hair line area(s)?
