Has anyone used the Big 3 long term without results?

I've been using the Big 3 for a while now (finasteride and Nizoral since last January, minoxidil 5% foam since May) with hair looking if anything worse than baseline, with the minoxidil turning out to be a huge disappointment. I'm not looking for miracles, just slight improvements. Has anyone also been on the Big 3 for an amount of time with no improvements, however minor, either?
