Hey there, just wondering if anyone here knows if this type of hair loss with multiple hairs from the same follicle attached to a clump of skin/sebum is characteristic of seborrhea dermatitis of the scalp? There appears to be no visible bulb also. I have been suffering with seborrhea dermatitis of the scalp ever since I was a child and whenever I experience a flare up of my dermatitis I also experience increased hair loss in that region also. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, with even bigger chunks of skin than your pic. I use Neutragene T-Gel greasy that contains piroctone olamine, amazing shampoo, don't get any symptoms whilst using it and my scalp feels super relaxed.
