I'm mainly using scalp massages and dermarolling to reduce the inflammation and tightness, and Oral Minoxidil and MSM to thicken up my hair. Luckily I'm a diffuse thinner, so my hair is almost all there but it's thin as f***
Yeah I also just started today. Massages, stretching scalp then I end with brushing scalp 300 strokes with a wooden brush and hit my head all over with my knuckles and now im wearing my laser helmet. Gonna use magnesium oil later to remove some calcification. Also gonna do inversion method. Oral dutasteride nuked my sperm and didnt help my hair enough so using it topically now instead. And 5 months high dose oral minoxidil hasnt done jack other than maybe reducing my shedding. But hair continues to thin. Gonna add a smaller dose soon again just need my anus to be blood free for 2 weeks or so before I start again.

I see, I couldn't tell because you used to make fun of such regimens before. You should also try 20 grams MSM and dermarolling once weekly. You can replace the topical Dutasteride with Zix as well since I heard before that Dutasteride molecules are too big to be absorbed fully by the scalp rendering it useless, but I'm not fully sure about that tbh
Yeah needling once a week gonna start that too. I already take msm. But I did use topical dutasteride and oral for 1.4 years didnt do much. But now im only gonna use topical. I have been on dutasteride assesement thread and read all over reddit and trust me there are many who get systemic Side effects from topical dutasteride despite not even needling. But if you do needle you can be 100% sure that it will go systemic. The fact that it has a high moluculer Weight of 520 is good so it dont go too deep. I have thought of needling 1mm and then apply but Im too certain that it then will go systemic and build up in my system again.
