how come propecia sights say 'protection must be used during intercourse'
does this mean you cant have kids on propecia? (btw im 21 :hairy: but am thinking long term)

I don't know where you got your Propecia but it shouldn't say that. At first Merck put a disclaimer that using finasteride might cause abnormalities in a fetus should you impregnate a woman, but this disclaimer has been lifted years ago.

Studies have shown that it takes an inordinate amount of finasteride to actually have any effect. In fact, you can read more about this on our very own HairLossTalk.com.com Web site:

P.S. If you want to be ultra careful, you can choose to go off finasteride a a couple of weeks before you intend to copulate.
