Head Injury 12 Days After Fue Transplant, How Bad Is It?

I hit my head against the edge of a kitchen cabinet top, the impact was minor but somehow it hurt a lot and blood came out.

Is the blood caused by the impact of the crusty scabs or did I really loose some grafts?
If so how many?

This is 12 days after my FUE hair transplant, 4000 grafts.
