health risks of hair transplant

just wondering about the health risks of an hair transplant. it is a surgery after all. have there ever been cases of serious health problems because of hair transplant not done properly? thanks!

I have had multiple strips, scalp reductions and FUE procedures and never had any infections or health issues...maybe mental health lol.
