Height is important, but if you're at least at the lower end of average then it's not that big of a deal. It only starts to matter when you are noticeably short. Women are extremely picky about men's looks, but height, like Norwood rating, is a disqualifier rather than a qualifier.

Height to Norwood conversion table (in the United States):

6'0 ~ NW0
5'9 ~ NW1
5'8 ~ NW2
5'7 ~ NW3
5'6.5 ~ NW4
5'6 ~ NW5
5'5.5 ~ NW6

What are you trying to imply here? That being 6'0 is the equivalent of being NW0? No I think being NW0 is the equivalent of being NW0, also there is no difference between NW0 and NW1 because people with those Norwoods are not balding. Almost all white people are NW1, the phrase NW0 is recent and I'm pretty sure is referring to black and some hispanic people whose hairlines are pretty well dead straight.

NW0 is the ghetto way of saying there was clearly no DHT induced hair loss. Justin Bieber can be said to have a NW0 because he can still lose a lot of hair at his temples and still be a NW1.

good try. I have a few suggestions:

1. It depends on the locale. So make a scale relative to average height. Go a feet above and below the average. H+12", H + 11"... H - 12". You can club certain ranges to keep the number of scales manageable.
2. Don't use Norwood scale as a reference. Create a new metric like Attractiveness(A) or charm.
3. Map the norwood scale, height scale, obesity scale, etc to this new benchmark.

An example, say:
A0 = H+2" to H+6"
A1 = H+6" to H+8", H to H+2"
A2 = H+8" to H+12", H-3" to H
A3 = >H+12", <H-3"

For hair, could be something like this:
A0 = NW0-NW1.5
A1 = NW1.5-NW2.5
A2 = NW2.5-NW4
A3 = NW4+
