Okay so i've been losing my hair since 19.... I am now 21. I have dreads and want to cut them but don't really wanna show how much i've truly lost. I ordered generic finasteride and wanna shave my head until the finasteride and minoxidil start to work. I'm not sure if thats possible. Please help me out. I'm sad to see my dreads have to go but they need to go or the thinning spots need to become full again.

Does Bosley's treatment work? And if so is it deathly expensive?

Hair transplants work, if you have reasonable expectations, a conservative approach, and a good doctor.

Bosley, however, is a terrible hair transplatation clinic who decieves, robs, and butchers people. Read a few threads here and you'll learn about some quality doctors.

You're too young for a hair transplant at the moment. Get on the meds for now but regrowth is by no means garanteed, you should be thinking about stopping further loss.
