HELP! Critic my vitamins/diet/lifestyle, new regimen.

Well I've decided to add vitamins and would also like some advice on a healthier pro-hair diet (well, more like less anti-hair diet).

I just bought the following:
Nature Made Omega-3 Fish Oil
TruNature Grape Seed w/Whole Grape
MSM
Barlean's Flax oil (liquid), though I already have GNC Flax Seed Oil capsules, which is better?
Evening Primrose Oil
Centrum A to Zinc

Plan on drinking a cup of green tea every day.

As far as my diet goes, I'm not planning on making a complete change to an ultra strict regimen. I'd would however like some tips on what I should really focus on changing.

Breakfast- Usually have some cereal or oatmeal and an omlet (with mushrooms, onions, ham, cheese). Lots of OJ. Maybe an english muffin.

Lunch- Subway, Panera, Taco Bell. Sometimes some pasta or Chinese food.

Dinner- Big range here....Chili's, TGIF, sushi, steaks, etc. etc. I eat a lot of Mexican, Indian, Italian, Korean.

Misc- I eat a lot of eggs, I can eat eggs with almost anything. I drink pop once a day. I don't eat a lot of veggies, but when I do I like spinach, onions, mushrooms. I have wine most days.

Any help from the experts on what to add or subtract here? Note, I'm not interested in Saw Palmetto or Beta Sis, or any debates on what my caveman ancestor ate and why. Thanks~
