Hi, everyone, I apologize for my English, I write using an interpreter. I've been struggling with hair loss since 2013, then I used finasteride and minoxidil and got a full hair regrowth
.
After my hair recovered, I canceled the finasteride and used only 5% minoxidil before 2019. At the end of 2019, for personal reasons, I had to stop using minoxidil for a month and lost a lot of hair in just 2-3 months. After that, I decide to resume treatment, I start using minoxidil and finasteride for a month, so I switched to minoxidil with topical dutasteride. The situation has not yielded any results during the year of resumption of treatment. Now I'm thinking about trying oral finasteride in conjunction with dutasteride, maybe the topical dutasteride isn't effective for me. Is there a chance that minoxidil has lost its effectiveness over time? Help with advice.
