Help me: what causes testicular pain?

I accidentally popped two pills of Spironolactone 100mg yesterday and my left testicle started to hurt. What’s the mechanism behind this pain?

Testicle pain is far more common than you think. It could be epididymitis, a varicocele, a Hermia, Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, testicular torsion. I'm not sure how spironolactone would or could cause this....

If the pain has gone away, I'm sure you're fine. If not, I would recommend the doctor's office

I’m okay now, it went away the same day it came actually. I thought it was related to the suppression of testosterone.

no, the testes are super sensitive and get banged around alot...its not unusual to have an occasional inexplicable ache
