Hello guys,

Need help please - getting very confused the more I research.

Basically have mild gyno and increasing hair loss due to stopping finasteride.

I have mild gyno - no hard lumps just extra fat aropund chest despite having reasonably low body fat. Went to two doctors who confirmed mild gyno but could not be 100% . Was using very low levels of finasteride and was having great results for hair loss but got very mild gyno but it got way worse when I started using regular saw palmetto instead of finasteride.(belived the quacks and paid the price)

I feel like estrogen levels in my body were out of balance too so I have tried to cut out soya and eat alot of anti estrogen foods like brocolli, grapes etc..
I have quit finasteride now and have ordered revivogen and spironolactone. I was about a norwood 3 but my hair loss has increased since I stopped finasteride 9 months ago

I am currently using nizoral and rogaine and drinking green tea and taking vitamins - zince, hair multi vitamins and flax seed .

I have received tamoxifen today and am training hard to cut down on body fat

My question is what should I do??

Tamoxifen for a while and see how it goes , but now terrified that topicals like nizoral, spironolactone etc could cause gyno to prolong?

Should I just quit everything? very confused.

Thanks for any of your help.

If you searched there are hundreds of threads on this topic...

Summed up:

Gyno can be caused by high estrogen or high prolactin. To combat gyno on all possible fronts you can use the following regimen.

Arimidex, Anastrozole, AIFM, Letrozole etc - pick 1
Selegiline or Cabaser - prolactin lowering - pick 1
Yohimburn - basically spot targets the fat tissue if applied to chest
Cardio

You can also use tamox which seems to be effective in studies that I've posted on here elsewhere. You can also use Rebound Reloaded, which according to many users seems to work as well if it's estrogen related.

If you felt like stacking Tamox and an aromatase inhibitors, you can only stack Anastrozole. Tamox renders all the rest ineffective for some reason.

Gyno

Thanks for that.

Hopefully I will be able to advise people soon and not always be looking for advice.
