Help needed really bad

Ok im sick of taking internal finpecia it sucks really bad. My libido is down and now i got a huge rash all over my body and i have to itch every second. My life has changed alot and it takes longer for me to actually ejaculate and i want to stop now no more finpecia for me. I need other treatments im using rogaine right now but i need something to stop dht in the scalp. If i used topical finasteride would that cause the same side effects or different. How would i also go about making topical finasteride. Please i need all the help i can get. My life is counting on you.

Do you have any pictures? You might look good with a buzzcut. It won't stop your hair loss but it will cure your side effects and perhaps improve your self-confidence. It's also cheaper too.

He got most of his hair back with minimal use of finasteride, he uses like caffeine and stuff to block DHT, check it out.
