If you're in the US, it probably won't make much difference. It all comes from abroad. Do a search and you'll find a bunch of websites guys on here have used. I'm not advocating it though.

The quickest possible way is to get to your doctor, get a prescription, and have it filled same day at a pharmacy or drugstore. You'll also have the benefit of being supervised by your doctor - which is important in my opinion since we're talking about a pharmaceutical.

In the meantime - start taking your finasteride every other day to make your supply last longer. If you go a few days without - it won't be the end of the world.
