Maybe, but with meds you can most likely thicken it up and you also have a norwood 0 hairline but the thinning will ruin it if you don't get on finasteride.

Looks like my hairline. I’ve got Diffuse Patterned Alopecia. How is the rest of your scalp?

Ffs can we stop telling people with full heads of hair to destroy their hormones with prescriptions?

Start with Zix or something. See if it maintains, could be all you need.
My bad. I'm not well informed on hairloss meds. The only ones I know are minoxidil, finasteride and duta.

If it was male pattern baldness you would have temple recession which is not a case in your hairloss. I don't think you are balding.

Here is an interesting question. The hairs in the front are definitely shorter than the ones on the scalp. But is this an indication of balding? What does everyone think about this? I have hairs like this along my hairline, but they are pretty consistent, just as the OP. So I am curious as well. These shorter hairs along the hairline are different from the part of my hairline that I consider to be properly thinning.

Personally, I would just start Nizoral and wait a bit. See a dermatologist if you are worried and consider your family history, age, etc. But personally I wouldn't start finasteride just yet.

May be they would ,but I never seen such cases.in fact the centre part thins in last stages.
Jon bernthal has the same thing, who knows if it's natural or male pattern baldness? His hair has stayed the same for almost a decade, but we don't know if he's on finasteride. My other posts were stupid, this guy might not even be balding.
