From what I've read here most users don't recommend UK clinics or surgeons since they overcharge and aren't worth the price for what they offer. And PRP is mostly seen as something extra that could be somewhat useful if done by an expert who delivers good results and with the proper technique and equipment, but not something to rely on, since there aren't many conclusive studies or techniques that guarantee regrowth or thickening. Some guys say it could be worth it after a transplant. Generally you want to avoid PRP unless you've got plenty of money to spare since it doesn't give great results for how costly it is. Greedy clinics and doctors try to push it to you because it's very profitable. You're better off sticking to the big 3 and using the money to buy a dermapen, tretinoin and/or something else, at least at first.

Just get an online pharmacy compound it, or a presciption online or by a doctor, then send the RX to a pharmacy that compound lotions, and get a good one. There are many examples of good hair lotion ( with minoxidil + tretinoin + finasteride , etc ) . Topical at night it the way to go .

Thank you man weirdly this site never notified me of your response- i think im going with minoxidil im on finasteride now and was hoping prp would be effective but minoxidil seems to be the way esp for my sort of thinning which is coverage all over my head but super thin hair esp when short

I agree with Nicky. PRP is dogshit, overpriced treatment that should only be used after hair transplant surgery. They offered it to you with finasteride so when you grow 25 hairs in your temple they could sell it to you again.
I mean the Doctor for me was saying it would thicken my hair on top whuch is what i need so it did tempt me but not one person on the internet swears by it

PRP for hair loss is scam.

Nuke your androgens on scalp and use growth stimulants. You can get your hair back!

finasteride and min it seems is the way
Even more lol, some people go nuclear and get crazy regrowth, I should also say, "The big 3" aren't always for everyone, maybe for the average.

Finasteride will hopefully stop miniaturisation. If you want to regrow all that hair you will have to drink minoxidil till blackout everyday.
Really have i lost a lot do i really need thay much min lol or are u talking in general- only want bit more coverage have i lost loads

It’s a scam bro and I was fooled into believing that it actually works. Lost more than $5k on PRP-treatments and it did nothing for my hair. On the contrary it gave me a false sense of relief that I was combating my hair loss and didn’t need finasteride. You can guess what happened to my hair during the time I wasn’t taking finasteride....

Oh brill insight man thank you 5k worth must have been a lot of sessions and you saw no positive resupts bro? I havent taken min yet which is my only svaing grace and its why prp seemed so appealing because min is hard work and even thats not guaranteed

Its quite funny guys not getting on finasteride for years because they are scared, meanwhile I know plenty of teens, like me, starting with it off the batch lmao
