It maybe making it worse, but you’ll still be balding if you get your bp under control. Maybe start taking oral minoxidil lol

Me as well, low blood pressure.

btw afair my hair loss started arround the same time hypertension but it's impossible to say this is the certain cause

I 'm supplementing with garlic and mag/cal for month I will see what it does.

Ya it’ll increase it. Get your adrenals checked. You could have secondary hypertension from something like hyperaldosteronism
I'm a pretty aggressive diffuse thinner, decent hairline but the density on the top of my head is the same everywhere. So it's all going to go at once
