High density hair transplant for diffuse thinner

I am diffuse thinner where my scalp is see through while wet. I have been on dutasteride for six months. Wondering if a hair transplant is a good idea to add density in the crown and in the hairline?

Or should I stick to toppik and another concealers.

Would PRP and LLLT help mitigate any problems with shock loss?

PRP is indeed helpful regain the correct functioning of the scalp after a hair transplant, and to reduce shock loss.
However, are you sure you want to consider a transplant if your scalp is only see-through while wet?

I have seen the pics and think it might be too early. I would go on with concealers and your current regimen.
