High dose MSM...

i did go to the first prp session at prohair clinic
there i talked to moses , a consult for hairtransplants...
he was on the first prp day , and i talked to him about hairmeds...

he claims that for best growth and reverse miniaturisation that you need to
take ones a day 6gr msm disolved in water with vitamin c in it...
a few persons are taking this dose...
he send me information about msm that its a bodyprodukt and not harmfull in bigger doses than the recommended 1 to 2 gr...

any users trying this also ?
im trying it out also , to see if my hair grows little faster...

I took MSN for awhile, anything from 0.75 to 4mg a day.

I had one minor side effect due to MSN, kidney pain. I backed off for a few days and the pain was gone.

I know lots of people say MSM makes their hair/nails grow twice as fast, I don't mean to imply that they are lying but I never observed such a change in the speed of hair growth.

the Doctor says it must be 5 - 6 gr in combination with vitamin c....
i take it also for now , but still 6gr seems alot...
if it boost hairgrowth , i post it here , still bit sceptical about it...
i drink 2 liters water a day , maybe little more , hope it keeps my kidneys safe...

I take 3 g's of MSM per day with 2 g's of vitamin C. Can't say it's helped, but it certainly didn't harm, so I'm gonna keep going.

I'll think about raising my dosage, since MSM is said to have very low toxicity.

I recently start taking MSM 1500mg once or twice a day (1.5-3g). Noticing an increase in body hair, although this may be due to me stopping Peppermint tea...
