Higher concentration of minoxidil matter?

There has been some buzz about Dr Lee's new 15% Xandrox, but does raising the minoxidil dosage in a single ml really make much of a difference? In the q&a Dr Lee says 1ml of 15% minoxidil is equal to 3ml of 5%, but I thought people at Rogaine said that it won't give you any extra benefit to go over the recommended dose of 1ml 5% of minoxidil. So, what would be the point of using 15% minoxidil if this is true?

Maybe, maybe not. That remains to be proven.

Every word of what they can say is tightly regulated by the FDA, and the FDA probably requires that statement.

I hope we'll eventually find out for sure.
