I'm unsure if this has ever been posted here as Histogen has been off the radar for a bit, but they're currently conducting a Phase 1 trial for HSC660 for women. This has to be somewhat positive, it means they believe in the product to work.

Also, this article claims:

A late-stage or Phase 3 trial for men has begun in Mexico, Naughton said. Anticipating success, the company is looking toward commercialization.

“We're in very late-stage negotiations with some huge retail partners,” Naughton said. A deal should be concluded in the next few months, she said."

Does anyone know how long phase 3 trials last in Mexico?

I know in the US it is 1-4 years but I can't find anything else.

Side note: Here is an interesting article on Mexico trials
