Uh, you probably don't want to do this. At least in women, the effects of topical flutamide seem to be mostly secondary to systemic absorbtion. This is a very powerful drug that you probably don't want to mess with systemically. It also causes such extreme reflex hyperandrogenicity that prostate cancer patients must be castrated in order for it to continue working.
BTW, there seems to be a limit on how much antiandrogens help in balding. Even castrated prostate cancer patients on strong flutamide , about as antiandrogenized as you can get, don't show all that much reversal. My impression is that everything kind of maxes out with topical spironolactone or finbasteride anyway.
