Uh, you probably don't want to do this. At least in women, the effects of topical flutamide seem to be mostly secondary to systemic absorbtion. This is a very powerful drug that you probably don't want to mess with systemically. It also causes such extreme reflex hyperandrogenicity that prostate cancer patients must be castrated in order for it to continue working.

BTW, there seems to be a limit on how much antiandrogens help in balding. Even castrated prostate cancer patients on strong flutamide , about as antiandrogenized as you can get, don't show all that much reversal. My impression is that everything kind of maxes out with topical spironolactone or finbasteride anyway.

i stopped topical flutamide...

got strange pain on my side (not side of the liver)
it was musscle damage , from the fitness
my doctor looked at my bloodtest from a few months ago , and he told me
that my pck (or i think it was this) was to high....
you only get this of training to hard in the gym....

my conclusion was : fluta blocks the androgen receptor , but by systematic absorbtion it does the same on the musscles...
also with this stuff and my daily duta , i got a verry low sexdrive...
now i'm 3 days of the stuff and my sexdrive is higher again....
i hope my musscles repair also again faster now after the gym...

so its better to look for another medicine , this does more bad than good...

also sinds i'm off this stuff, i have more energy and more focus (concentration)

crush the 250mg flutamide pills, mix with roughly 70% alcohol and 30% of PPG

I really do like these potent anti-androgens
If you want to do something about your hairloss, you have to take risks

Was I the only one who didnt suffer sides by taking topical flutamide?!?
I didn't suffer sides from topical flut. Maybe it's too early to tell, cause i only use it for 3.5 months. Got massive shed now though.
