Losing ground over last 7 months on finasteride has killed my hairline and whole of front vertex, its so thin now. Its still losing quick now every week and looks really bad..

dutasteride now for 3 weeks is good as it has no sides and I hope its gonna kill all that DHT and this is still shedding a bit as loss is not halted yet..i'm prayin my hair does not get too much worse..really struggling to stand in front of an audience in Band I play in...only last year this time I was shaking long hair around..now its all gone

Seeing Foo Fighters yesterday on Live Earth were amazin..I want his hair, I love playin their stuff with band but heavy recedin short hair is not cool for Rock band.

Spectral didn't kill my hair..I only used it for a month and that was 6 months ago. My genes are killing my hair and despite using all vitamins and DHT inhibitors there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. finasteride seems to accelerate loss and dutasteride so far seems to be stepping on the gas even more for loss. Unless this has all been a miraculous shed that's going to come back then it Norwood 4 here I come... :x

Its still early for dutasteride although I was hoping it would stop loss in a month considering 7 previous months on finasteride...

If you shedded on finasteride and got impatient, then dutasteride is going to absolutely drive you crazy. I am just beginning to round the corner on my second shed. This one was way worst than the first. It started around mo. 6, lasted 2 solid months, and then just remained there in its shitty, dormant state for 2-3 months. As they say though, dutasteride really takes patience b/c it will be a roller coaster for the first year - you have to stick it out.

thanks for saying that renegade...its what if have been emphasizing myself. dutasteride sheds are certainly worse, but my experiences with it have shown better growth.
