So someone get's multiple butchered FUT transplants and get several ugly scars in the back of the head, but can still cover it with their remaining hair, and they still have passable hair on top...

...But then later on they get with alopecia universalis thereby losing literally all of their hair everywhere. rip

I wonder what the backstory of this photo is. Four FUTs only to end up like this?
Its Jacques Villeneuve, the multimillionaire Ex F1 driver. He suffered aggressive diffuse thinning from his mid 20's

Brutal. I wonder if this the result even with taking Finasteride. Or was it banned for use in F1?

like you said I would imagine it was banned while he was racing, so it doesn't look like he ever took finasteride, his hair loss was also already quite bad by the mid to late 90's.

As you can see by his scars and his result his hair transplant surgeon royally screwed him over.

Must be hell, I am better off bald than scarred like that
Yeah and if you got alopecia universalis like in the scenario I proposed you can't do any styling tricks to hide it or anything, you just have to get a wig or walk around looking like someone threw multiple chainsaws at you.

I wont lose this

Even FUE will leave you with the same fate, those dots are going to be spread around and just as visible.

Yes with FUE its also going to be visible, but the best surgeons do a pretty good job creating the required illusion if its evenly spaced out.
