From a chad to a weirdo, just because he lost 1 inch of hair.

Indeed! That frame makes some difference. The pic on the right makes Cesc look like the creepy pervert uncle who drinks red wine, wears socks with sandals and sniffs bike seats!

Yeah, framing is key. That's why if one day I get a hair transplant I will insist on getting a Norwood 1.5 hairline even if I was NW5. Rest of the scalp can be filled with concealers, combovers, or even a partial wig. I don't understand people who pay thousands just to get their hairline at the mid of their scalp. Once the curvature of your skull is exposed it is game over.

It really does. It's the only transplant area which makes a difference to aesthetics directly i.e your face. All the hair behind is just to not be bald but has zero impact on your face. As someone who restored his hairline, I say go for a Norwood 1 or Norwood 1.5 in it's original location or close to it if possible. Norwood 2 is the last point of a normal hairline and also fine even if it lacks the halo effect. He looks like a Norwood 3A on the right, receded all together straight up and that's a hit to looks.
