How Bad Is It? 21 y/o (Pics)

It was only just last month when I became conscious of my possibly receding hairline (and possible crown thinning). Ever since, I've been lurking the internet and learning about male pattern baldness. Right now I'm on Nizoral shampoo, but I was wondering what everyone else thought of my hairline. Is it normal, or is this legitimate male pattern baldness? Should I take more action ASAP? I just turned 21 btw.

I'm not sure about your hairline based on these pictures. Your frontal region could be showing signs of thinning, but I also cannot be sure based on these pictures. Your crown does appear to be thinning, although it doesn't look too bad yet. If I were you, I would consult with a hair loss specialist in your area (or at least a dermatologist with a good reputation for dealing with hair loss). They will be able to confirm your loss and recommend treatments. I can tell you what I would do if I were you. I would seriously consider getting on finasteride. You still have a lot of hair to save, and simply using Nizoral likely won't do the trick. But I'm just one guy on the internet. Don't take my advice. Do your research and make a decision with as much information as you can gather. Good luck.
