Hi. I'm 24 from the UK. I am a defuse thinner. Got on finasteride and minoxidil foam a few years ago. Hair hasnt moved at all since i was 20 and a half. It's improved somewhat in density.

What's my norwood? I think it's 2.5.

I have a big forehead so it doesn't look too great. I want to get it to a Norwood 1.5 ideally.
Since it’s been so stable, you should get a transplant. Easy way to recover temples.

If you’re adamant against transplants, then you can introduce microneedling. It may bring you to where you want

Yeah that's what I plan on doing but I'll wait until I'm like 27. So I know for a 100% fact. That my hair loss has been stabilized. It would be 7 years at that point with improvement too. From what I know, hair loss is meant to progressively get worse every 9 months. So I hope I'm out of the woods for now. I think finasteride is bringing back a lot of what I lost in the temples too so all is good.

Yeah, looks like a Norwood 2.5. It's good to hear you have stabilized. Hope it stays that way.

Try adding a derma roller and ketaconazole shampoo like Regenepure DR.
