Nah I don't lose hair often. I can't remember if my hair has always been like this. I'm probably just gonna buzz it soon

Yeah buzzing it will give a very good indication of if you are balding or not. If the top of the scalp is lighter than the sides and back then it means you are diffusing. Some people have hair like that naturally and arent balding thats why I asked. Mine is like yours too in that lighting but it wasnt like that before I started balding.
