How best to research where to have a transplant?

I am considering a hair transplant but have no idea where to start. How do I go about researching where is best for me to spend my money? I am located in London and options here seem thinly spread with my cursory internet research suggesting the best place in Europe is DHI in Belgium. Can someone wiser than me point me in the right direction. Thanks
