I take most vitamins in supplement form, come to think of it, except for Vitamins D and K.

I take a b-complex, an antioxidant formula with A/C/E, and zinc as well, but that's not a vitamin.

No--the amount of vitamins in Centrum isn't enough to seriously help with hair regrowth. It's why I take separate supplements instead of just multivitamins.
