Ordered finasteride from website but only been on it a couple of weeks so tell anything. Was with italian instructions. How can u tell if its fake? someone mentioned like a star and some word on the back? Should it be a blue tablet, quite small? writing on the back?

If it says - RORER 714 - it ain't finasteride.

I don't know how you would tell from a practical standpoint. If you were using good stuff befoer and then you switched and now have problems then go back to the stuff you were using before just for your piece of mind.
If you just started finasteride/Propecia and aren't seeing the results you expect it's probably because it takes 6 months to a years to see results, and things can get worse (shedding) in the interim while you are waiting.
