How common are sides from finasteride?

well i would say the incidence of since effects for people that post in this forum before trying the drug is roughly 90%.

I think nearly everyone experiences some sides from finasteride. It's just a matter of how severe and if you find them tolerable.

I asked this question to a Urologist who said that in his personal experience of prescribing Finasteride he had seen sexual side effects in about 30% - 40% of patients.

for people not looking for side effects it's less than 5%. though i think almost everyone has about a 25% decrease in semen volume.

I call BS. I get that you are against finasteride and I really have no problem with that at all. The biggest problem I have is when people come on these forums and just spread lies. Just because there are so many people coming on these forums saying they got sides, doesn't make it reality. Some of them are legitimate, most are not.
