I've heard some places that most people start with a receding hairline, but I'm not too sure about people who just generally diffuse thin all around rather than the traditional norwood scale. There seems to be a lot on here but is it relatively uncommon in general? For most people, would the first signs to watch for hairloss be at their hairline? I think i read somewhere on reddit that the vast majority of people losing their hair are losing it through the traditional Norwood pattern. I do realize people who are losing their hair through norwood pattern can also be thinning, but my question more is about people who don't have a receding hairline but lose their hair throughout their entire head at once.
Is there any demographic groups that seem to be affected by diffuse thinning more than a receding hairline?
