Does anyone know how common is finasteride use amongst young men? (18-24)
percentage wise, what would you guys estimate?

I'd imagine quite low since most 18-24 year old men aren't balding and those that are won't even know about finasteride. I'd say of the young men that are balding maybe 5% take it. It's hard to tell though since I doubt people that take ti would just bring it up in a conversation.

Don't have any stats but I would guess uncommon, since most guys this age are either not balding or in the early stages such they don't realize they're balding

tbh I've talked to 1 person in real life who admitted he takes finasteride (late 20's like me). I don't know if this is because most everyone who takes it keeps it secret or because most people just don't happen to know about it

This question is strange and can be answered in different ways.

Hairloss is not at all common in young men..


If you ask about those who are balding..
I can confidently say more than 20 to 30% will not use finasteride before hairloss becomes damaging.
Reasons might be they are unaware of Finasteride or they don't want to take Finasteride.
