How did I stop my shed

I sympathize with the heavy shedders as I know how it feels. This summer has been a relative success in this regard. I shed little and whenever I did i increased my regimen and it stopped again. now going back to the gym and trying to see if the gym will undo any of these "gains".

RU + Eucapil + alpecin...
i am sure each of them contributed, and yes even alpecin, after I did much experimentation.

If it stops working I will let you know. I am not selling you any dreams here. but try it and let me know. I think eucapil+ alpecin should do quite a bit alone.

the alpecin that has helped me is the double effect ( bottle says doppel effekkt).. i can't seem to remember where did I get it from though..
was searching and not finding anything in the US
