How do I avoid overconsuming supplements?

Hello!

Both my health and my hair needs supplement booooooosts! I have heard about misc products avalible for this purpose. They all sound very good. I think I will be the new superman, however, somewhere in my head I notice a voice saying "DO NOT OVER-CONSUME". So, how much should I take / day
of everything and why?

10 mg? 20 mg? 0.5 mg? BAAAH! Maybe the green tea extract is good, but how much and why? To much is for sure not good generally or is it? Hmm.

Please advice :shock:
