How do I tell my colleague he is balding hard?

I go to a college with one guy who is nice and quite handsome and intellingent. But as for someone who suffers hairloss, I am quick to notice someone's balding. And yeah he do be balding on crown so idk if he knows. I don't want to break him, I think he should do something about it because I am not sure he will look that great without his hair. Also, I don't want some wh*** b**ch pointing out it first so idk what to do

Ye its hard to tell a dude that. Even hard to speak about treatments to use. Basically you gotta be good Friends before you speak up...btw you should totally f*** him then tell him, seems like ur into him.

just tell him... i told a colleague once...
more like “yo are you doing something about your hair? because i am doing something and maybe you got some ideas”, something like that...

turned out he didnt care and thought there was no help (didnt know about finasteride) and just shaves it bro... which he actually did like a year later...

In all likelihood he probably already is aware, particularly if it's at the point its noticeable. If not though and you say something you can potentially save him long term, but shatter his immediate confidence. I think I'd want to know if it were me, especially if something can be done about it. But who knows how he might react.
