how do u guys get rid of minoxidil risidue

whenever i apply minoxidil (either foam, liquid, or genhair) i get a white risidue on my scalp that doesn't jus ocme off it like sticks to the scalp and u have to scrub hard to get it off but u lose hairs int he process.....does anyone konw hwat im talking about and better yet how to remove it with something that adhears to it so it comes off altogehter??

I'm getting that on the liquid, i hope the foam doesnt give me that!!

for me it just looks like dandruff but without the redness or itchyness...

I have some in my parts. I don't try to scrub it off. If it's going to help grow some hairs, I can live with it.

What I do use though when I wash my hair is a clarifying shampoo as well as the Nizoral. Clarifying shampoos get rid of residues of styling products more than regular shampoos. Some brands are harsh though, so you'll have to see what the ingredients are.

Don't scratch your scalp! I remember reading somewhere that your follicles have a protective covering and this can be damaged by excessive scratching or scrubing!
