How do you apply the foam?

To wet hair and scalp
To wet/damp hair and dry scalp
To dry hair and scalp

I don't have time in the am to really dry my scalp. It's not soaked but it isn't dry either. Does the water from the hair dissolve it any? At night tho I do it on dry hair and dry scalp. How do you do it?

25 reads and not one reply. Come on now. You guys have to apply it one of the 3 ways I posted?!

on your head.

honestly I don't think it matters as long as you get it to your scalp (and its dry) and not just smushed in your hair.

If i put it on wet hair it has more of hairspray type effect.. if i do it on dry hair its more like a good moose and my hair doesn't get all clumped.

I always put it on after my daily shower and before bed.

lmfao good advice.

i want to know how much to run it in. too little makes it seem like its just drying on my scalp and too much seems like its all going on my fingers...

You're going to learn what works best for your by trial and error and experience. There are going to be times when you end up using too much and times when you feel like you didn't apply enough. Eventually you'll find out what works best for you.

why don't they figure out some kind of smart nozzle like they do with liquid so it would let out just the right amount of foam. i actually come to think it's a marketing move so that people would spend more of it.

I agree.

Also, the reason why I posted this is because many guys found absorption is better on damp/wet hair. I'm trying to find out exactly what cuz I don't see much change after almost 9 months doing it on dry hair..

dry hair, use the cap to measure half a cup, then use my fingers to slowly tap the foam onto all the thinning area.
