How do you know if your shedding or losing??

I started nizoral 1% + t-gel about 3 weeks ago and about 1.5-2 weeks ago i started in Immortal Hairs top 3. I notice now when i feel my hair i get about five or six hairs fall out. I used to get 1 or 2 when i did it before. Is this a shed starting to take place or just me losing more hair now?

1.5 - 2 weeks seems a bit early for a shed. But it could be with these naturals, im not sure how they work
